Sometimes you keep adding weight though you think that you are eating healthy diet. It can be frustrating and you find yourself helpless over your own problem. After one week, you can review the records to establish the root of the problem. Note the amount of processed foods in your diet. The alcohol you have taken during the week and also the fast foods. Creamy sources and fried foods should also be noted. These kinds of foods and drinks can be the source of your extra weight and you must do something to avoid them. If you still think the foods you have been taking are healthy, then check if the amount are appropriate. You could be taking too much food more than your body requires for daily activities and this could be way to lose weight.

- Start by establishing some simple exercise after every meal. It can be a short walk depending on where you live. You can replace alcohol with wine and avoid taking it every day; pick two days of the week when you can drink the wine. Eliminate unhealthy foods like fried and fast foods from your diet. Replace snacks like chocolate with a fruit and you will start to lose weight.
- Check your weight weekly and note the changes; and if it’s good, stick to the habits. If you find no changes, make a better plan and follow it without failure and expect to lose weight.
- Do not worry if you see no changes in the first week. Give yourself some time like a month and you will feel some difference.
- Always know that a healthy plan can never go to waste. If you are keen enough to follow it, you will succeed. You can also be sure that you are never going to gain more.
- If you find your plan is slow, try to increase your activities. You can also make some changes in your diet.
- Let your family know that you are following a certain plan when taking your meals. This will avoid temptations and these people can remind you in lovely way that you are on strict diet plan to avoid going away from the goal.
To make your weight loss diet plan more successful, make your meals. Someone else may not understand the importance of the healthy diet you need. Avoid easy ways that are available to prepare food; try to cook the normal way in your kitchen with no packaged meals.
