So, You should stop training like body building if you want to have an athletic body , You are not required to perform the split ties that are performed by you when you are in your gym for 3 long hours and then, you know treasure you like kind of stuff. That’s not the way I train but I believe you can build incredible strength, that’s my personal philosophy, my personal goals breeding for strength and athletic performance . Athletic performance means you are just performing well and every typeface of life .

So, my next training, I am training in the lower repetition range, 4 to 8 repetition, heavy weights, I am not looking bulky I am looking strong. So, you may not destine I am strong but there is lot of, when it comes in power, lot of them does it sinewy. So, it goes on the far side muscles, since the neuronic arrangement. How fast the nerves and muscles are refining. How many muscles fibers are excluded for a given movement and that’s the way I train, that’s how you get powerful, that’s how you get strong, that’s how you get fitter and that’s the way you get leaner. If you are lifting heavy weights, you are sitting around, lot of workouts doing in bulk and that’s what I preach.

So, fore-body workouts, cardio training very very effective, does not need to be long it can be 10 – 20 minutes, that’s the high intensity stuff . I was doing hill rounds on Monday, I do hill rounds every Monday morning with my dogs and what we do is when someone questioned me last night is what I did was, every weekend I am adding one more health, this goes to around 300 meters that goes to one health, so I go 300 meters and its crazy and it is hyper and trauma if you get to run down the hill, you know what I mean and I forcedly take in 45 seconds collectively, that’s like full on full health like warming up on the top.

So, I wasn’t going like that, I was waiting for some length. So I was waiting for legal brief duration. So, I was bounteous myself 1 minute to get up and I was taking around 52 seconds, so it was around 90 percent of my maximum speed in the three minutes workout. So, it was around 1/3rd duration and it is about 8 times of the total workout which is about 32 minutes. Now, when I am doing the computing I am disbursement 8, 8 repetitions times in 52 seconds is just over 400 seconds, if we divide that by 60 seconds and that is almost 7 minutes. That means I am spending 7 minutes for almost the full speed running on the unconscionable incline over 300 meters. And if I take 300 meters times 8, that’s 2400 meters which is 2.4 km almost running in the full speed on an incline that’s what interval training does for you. You can’t do that 1 off, 1 ill-judged for minute or minute and half .

For intervals you need to break in up because of the recovery does. So, that’s some of the stuff I do, interval training is the best, hills are awesome I love them and building incredible lower body strength.
