Overweight is a problem that many people have to face and deal with. It is not a good experience and you just can not wait to lose weight. This is what makes people commit the mistake of doing vigorous exercises and stop taking food without giving their bodies some time to get used.

Do it gradually and you will see results after some time. Combination of the two is very effective. Include healthier foods in your diet and avoid snacks like biscuits that only increase your weight. If you do this gradually, you will get used to the habit and in the end you can stick to the diet.   • Do lots of exercises but do not start suddenly, let it be gradual. You join a body fitness club where an expert can help show you the right exercises to do. If there is no gym in your neighborhood, you can take short walks and then extend to long ones as your body gets used.
  • Some of your favorite sports can become a good way to lose weight. Swimming or cycling are good activities that you an enjoy doing, and at the same time lose some weight.
  • You can also leave your car at home and walk to the shops. A visit to the coast or country can give a chance to take long walks to lose weight. When you are far from home, you can also control what you eat.
  • You can also alight from the bus before you get to your usual stop and walk the rest of the distance. Always take the stairs instead of the lift. This may seem to be little, but as time goes by, you will notice that you lose weight.
